Phil is a Technical Director at JBA with 18 years' experience in flood risk, climate resilience and emergency planning. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management, and a Member of the Emergency Planning Society.

Matt, Evie and Phil take a deep dive into this.
Matt Hogan is the Deputy Head of Resilience at the Greater London Authority and his background is in Emergency Management in various health sector organisations. Matt's current role is to ensure that resilience partners across London can effectively prepare for, respond to and recover from incidents.
Evie Whatling is an Analyst at JBA Consulting and has been in the consultancy field since 2019. Having completed her degree in Disaster Management and Emergency Planning.
